I got this tattoo in October of 2016, just a few weeks after completing the Yeti 100 in Virginia. That run was my second 100 miler and my first Yeti run. The support and community at that run was incredible and I became a Yeti for life. My wife and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary at the 2018 7/11, I paced a friend at the 2022 Virginia 100 that I met at the 2021 7/11, and of the five 100 mile buckles that I’ve earned, four of them are Yetis (2 Virginia, 1 virtual during Covid, and 1 Washington). Jason and the Yeti family are true ambassadors of quan – cannot thank you enough for being awesome.
